Recovery is a journey. You don't have to walk it alone.
Our coaches have lived what you're going through — every one of us is in recovery ourselves. We walk with you at your pace, across Connecticut, Westchester, and Metro NYC.

A quick picture of who's been on our couch lately.
Adolescents in recovery
Ages 15 and up. Teenagers are navigating recovery and identity at the same time — in a world their parents didn't grow up in. We work with adolescents and their families on the whole picture: recovery, school, peers, and what growing up in recovery actually looks like.
Young adults in early recovery
Ages 18 to 35. College, first job, first apartment — recovery in early adulthood is its own thing. We work with young adults figuring out identity and sobriety at the same time, without the pretense that those are separate projects.
Professionals protecting a career
When your job depends on discretion, recovery has to happen without disruption. Confidential scheduling, discreet concierge services, no insurance paper trail. Coaches who understand that for you a sick day isn't an option.
Families walking alongside
Parents, partners, siblings, adult children. Sometimes together with their loved one, sometimes on their own. Either way — your journey is real too, and it deserves its own support.
People coming back after a setback
Relapse isn't failure — it's information. We work with people returning to recovery with no judgment and no starting over from scratch. Your history counts.
People exploring recovery
Maybe you're cutting back, trying moderation, or just wondering what "recovery" could even mean for your life. You don't need a label or a plan — just an honest conversation about what's actually going on and what might work from here.
And plenty of people in between. If you're reading this and wondering whether it's for you — probably.
Let's talk →What makes this different.
No one does recovery the same way — and no one should have to do it alone. Here's how that plays out when you work with us.
Your coach has been there.
Every NFR coach is a peer in recovery themselves. Conversations start honest from day one — because we've lived the hard version.
Your path, your pace.
There's no playbook you're expected to follow. We build the plan around your life, your goals, and the pace that actually works.
Built for the week, not just the hour.
The hard moments happen between sessions — the tough conversation, the family dinner, the late nights. That's why coaching comes with 24/7 access to your coach and the rest of our team when you need us.
Recovery is more than not using.
Real recovery rebuilds a life, not just subtracts a substance. That means looking at everything that was affected — and everything that never got built in the first place. Here's what we actually work on together.
Daily life and structure
Sleep, meals, movement, calendars, appointments. The small logistics of a life that isn't organized around using. Executive function is often what's missing — not motivation.
Physical and mental health
Making and keeping medical appointments. Finding the right therapist or psychiatrist. Managing co-occurring conditions. Recovery is full-body work — not just the substance piece.
Relationships and honest conversation
Rebuilding trust, setting boundaries, being honest about what you need. Showing up for the people in your life — without the substance in the middle. And finding the meetings, friends, and peer groups that fit the life you're building.
Identity and purpose
Who are you when substance isn't shaping the day? What do you actually want — from work, from relationships, from the next ten years? Those questions deserve real time, not a quick answer.
What happens when you reach out.
No pressure, no paperwork, no insurance hoops. Here's what the first week actually looks like — whether this is for you, for someone you love, or a client you're referring.
You reach out.
Phone, email, or the form below — whichever feels easiest. A coach, not a receptionist, gets back within one business day. Usually sooner.
We talk for 15 minutes.
What's going on, what you've tried, what you're hoping for. Zero commitment on either side. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
We get to work.
We match you with a coach who fits. We meet in our Norwalk office, at your place, or virtually. It's a conversation, not an assessment.

Not a clinic. A home for recovery.
Our Norwalk office is intentionally residential — a real house on a real street, not a waiting room with magazines. Clients come in the front door and sit on actual couches. It's the first thing people notice. It's also the point.
Based in Norwalk. We cover Connecticut — Fairfield County, New Haven County, and wherever else we're needed — plus Westchester and Metro NYC. In-person or virtually, whichever fits your life.
